Subject: Important Announcement – Optimal Performance’s Future

 

Dear Patients,

Seven years ago, I founded Optimal Performance with a vision for what healthcare could be—a place where practitioners work with patients, where you are more than a diagnosis code and billable units, and where you receive clear answers about your symptoms with a plan catered to your needs. A place where getting out of pain is just the first step, not the only step.

 

Each of you has allowed me to live out that vision for seven years, and I am incredibly grateful.

 

After much consideration, my family and I have made the difficult but necessary decision to move to Chicago, Illinois. As a result, our Falls Church, Virginia office will be closing permanently on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025.

 

While in-person care will end at that time, we will continue offering virtual appointments until our new Chicago office is established.

To all of you who have worked with us in the DMV, thank you for being a part of Optimal Performance. I hope you’ve learned as much from me as I have from you. I sincerely appreciate the trust you’ve placed in me over the years. While I will no longer be physically present in the DMV area, I look forward to continuing to support many of you virtually and in-person in Chicago.
